NEW VIDEO: "Pushing Poducts"

Monday, March 15, 2010

Well people, it is that time again for another video from KMR. This time around, it is more of an advertisement for one of KMR's favorite companies out there which produce quality kaiju DVDs. With the video's script written by Evan Brehany, watch the video to find out some information "that you may just enjoy". Along with the fact that this video features clips from the Gamera trilogy in full HD, but also acts like a precursor to Dan's highly anticipated reviews for the Heisei Gamera trilogy.
.
In other news, plans are that KMR may merge and be part of Kaiju Galaxy community (like the blog "JournalismG2KM"). Nothing too serious at the moment. In other news, the same company mentioned in the above video is going to do something spectacular: get KMR to have it's first DVD release. Done in the spirit of non-profit, it may be a good buy for those lucky fans. Last piece of news includes a possible new show being tacked on. More news to be revealed soon. Check back!

KMR Episode 21: "The Return of Godzilla" (1984)

Wednesday, March 10, 2010

Finaly this long awaited review is here. For those more critical on Dan's reviews, you should see an improvement. Instead of filming parts with himself actualy in the review, he voice overs clips from the film - keeping the pace of the review fast, clean, and simple. A very nice review, especialy with the feleing that it was talored to regular film goers, not just tokusatsu otaku like what you - the reader - most probrably is.

Don't forget to stay tuned after the credits do you can see the trailer for the next film Dan is reviewing: "Gamera: Giant Monster Midair Showdown" (GGOTU; 1995).

What's To Come

Saturday, March 6, 2010
Well, Dan has been keeping busy in the past couple of weeks. In the final editing stages is his long awaited review for The Return of Godzilla (1984). It should be up within the next week or so. As for the line-up of reviews, there have been some alterations. Most notably due to some very gracious acts of some citizens of the kaiju fandom, Dan has been propelled to go ahead and review the whole Gamera trilogy with something a little extra added in which some of you may like depending on how you views on a certain thing or two (no telling). No dates have been disclosed yet for the Gamera reviews, though hang on, I bet it will be well worth the wait.
